When applying base (before makeup) area around your eye, does that have to be a special base for ';eye'; only?

or just base? When applying base (before makeup) area around your eye, does that have to be a special base for ';eye'; only?
If you have dark circles under eyes you can use a concealer under your base. If you do not, skip it. You do need to use moisturizer under your base. You are never too young for it. Also remember to lightly dab moisturizer and base around the eye area, going from nose bridge over your eyes to outside corners, then under and back to the nose bridge. This helps keep wrinkles from forming. You need to use moisturizer and base under any makeup you apply to your lids, too. This is done from inner (nose side) to outer lid side. It is also best to use your second and third fingers, they will apply less pressure than your first (pointer) finger. When applying base (before makeup) area around your eye, does that have to be a special base for ';eye'; only?
im assuming ur talking about a base for ur eyelids before u put on eyeshadow. there are eye primers that u can use for that or my friend (who is really into makeup and fashion) uses plain chapstick and she says it works just the same!
No just regular base. Just be very careful not to get it into your eye. Are you having sensitivity there? If it hurts you or you're getting a rash discontinue using it.
Look up while applying the base under your eye (around it when your eye is open) and then finish applying before you blink so it is less likely to settle in creases and create obvious wrinkles...
YEA YOU NEED A CONCELOR THAT IS A LITTLE BIT MORE THICKER SOMETHING YOU USE FOR BLEMISHES AND DAB IT ON WITH A LITTLE EYESHADOW BRUSH, I LEARN THIS MAKEUP SCHOOL
