What is the best way to apply makeup to your eyes?

my eyes are small with long lashes, and i just dont know how to bring them out on my face.What is the best way to apply makeup to your eyes?
i would curl ur lashes, dont use mascara if they are already long.


use a liquid or pencil eyeliner( i prefer liquid) on the outer corners of ur eyes, not all the way around the eye. use a very sheer light eye shadow, silvery, gold or brown, peach, skin color, pink

Use a white pencil liner.


Apply it to the inside of your eyes.


Then use a volumizing, lengthening mascara and apply 2 coats.
i have small eyes also, i use a lighter color along the borw line and in the inside corner of my eyes, reflects light and gives the the appearance of bigger eyes. then i use whatever other color along the bottem.
apply eye liner....around ur eye. as ur eyes are small, u could apply a thick line of eye liner. my eyes are very big and when i apply eye liner around , they look sooooo big!!! so i started to apply it inside! i hope 'around' and 'inside' make sense. u have long lashes and thats very beautiful....just curl them a bit. ur eyes will look very beautiful...
