Best light for applying makeup?

Is it better to use strong bright lighting or a dimmer in order to look your best during the day?Best light for applying makeup?
Try to apply makeup in the same lighting you'll be seen in. I work in an office, so the incandescent lighting in our bathroom is fine. I always double check it in natural light though, to be sure it's not to heavy.Best light for applying makeup?
natural sunlight
Hmm I would also have to say natural sunlight..or at least the light by the window. Think about it, if you're going to spend the day outside you'd want ur makeup to look flawless in the light in which you shall spend your time in, not the bathroom mirror. If you're having a night out, try putting on some florescent lights or even the regular bathroom lights will have to do then. Think of the lighting in the area in which you'll spend your time...keep looking flawless. :)
I recommend using the light that you will be seen in all day. If you are going to be in sunlight, use sunlight. Flouroscent, flouroscent.
Trust me the best light is daylight, if you look good in day light, you look good in any light.

The best artificial lighting and blue based lighting and stronger is better than softer. Many globes come in a warmer yellow based tone, or cooler blue based. The blue base globes mimic day light the closest.
well i would use the day light to put on my make up because you no how when you put on your make up in your room you think it looks great then you go outs ied and it looks like too much or not enough well the best choice to recomend is to put a mirror by the window and do it there
u nedd a brighter light cause u can see better
Apply make up in a place that has the same light setting as the place you'll be most of the day. That way you are sure what your make-up looks like.
If you use lighting that's too dim, you might not be able to see as well to apply your makeup, which can make it look sloppy sometimes. If you use light that's too bright, you could put on too much makeup. If you're going to be outside or somewhere where the lights aren't dim, try putting on your makeup on in a room with windows in it, so you're getting almost the same lighting as you will have most the day. Hope this helps! :-D
I always try to apply my makeup in the natural daylight. I'll usually sit on my couch in the living room and open all the windows so the sun comes in. Because if you look good in that light, you'll look fine outside too. I've put makeup on in the dark in my bathroom and then gone outside and scared the crap out of myself. lol. I looked so horrible b/c the real sunlight reveals everything.
sunlight is the best turn your face in the direction of the light and use the mirror
