Very simple. Apply your foundation as you normally would, then apply a powder blush (best done in a tawny pinkish-tannish color) on the *apple* of your cheeks, AND *extend upwards towards the hairline.* Just basically apply the blush going up. Don't apply it in circular motions. How to apply makeup to make create the illusion of high cheek bones?
You can contour your cheeks with a darker powder ( 2 sahdes darker than your skintone) and apply the blush just above it. Highlight under your eye and on top of your cheeks with a lighter powder or shimmer to make it pop.
Use the make up to create artifical shadows. Find reference pictures of someone with high cheekbones and study the shadows, then recreate them with light and dark make-up tones.
look up on youtube.. they have EVERYTHINGGG make-up tutorial wise.. so good.. i'll show you a link
