Actually, it's the opposite. You apply the lashes AFTER the makeup. And there is a minimal amount of adhesive that will not interfere with your makeup unless you use too much, plus, it is clear.Do you have to take off your makeup before applying fake eyelashes?
I guess it's always better to start with a clean foundation as far as any beauty application goes, if the area above your eye looks ';oily'; at all, it might cause a problem, but in a pinch, I'd just go with the first answerer's advice, apply them, blend them really well with eyeshadow/liner, and then blend both real and fake lashes together a little better with the same color mascara. Beginners often have a better time with half-lash style lashes, and some people even talk about cutting the full lashes down to a half lash for a more natural look without having to worry about it fitting the contours of your eye shape perfectly. Especially with the cheapies.

Nah you don't. When you put on fake eyelashes your suppose to let the glue become tacky which takes about 30 seconds and then apply it.
No. I went to a salon to get my makeup done for prom. They put on my eyeliner and mascara first. Then applied my eye lashes.
no you could apply them last but put on your face makeup then your false lashes then your eye shadow and eye liner and if u want u could add mascara
